Jonno and Claudia's wedding in Hamilton

Claudia and Jonno never had enough of getting married in Germany in April. They wanted to do it again! We were a big group of old friends from Christchurch who made our way up to Hamilton in the middle of May: Nina, Phil (with little Oscar), Mikkel, Berit, Juliane, Stew, Phil (Daniels) and Keri, Charlie and myself.

No wedding without a Hen's night. Claudia's friend Tracy had organised lots of fun activities for the girls at her house. We gradually got sillier and sillier the more cocktails we tried out. Since I am not the biggest sugar fan, my intake was relatively restricted.


As Claudia and Jonno had their actual wedding ceremony in Germany a month earlier, this saturday night was celebrating the fact that they have become Mr and Mrs Hill in the company of family and friends in New Zealand.

The wedding couple was shining brightly that day.

Mikkel is getting into the party mood. It is a matter of time before the voodka comes out...
Oscar was as happy as ever. Can I clone him, Nina, when I want a baby?
I was showing off the dress which Nina made for me. She sure can sew.

Jonno and Claudia had chosen the most delicious chocolate cake...stuff traditional fruit cake!!
